The Lola.Jake Payment Plan

Lola.Jake is proud to offer payment options to our customers.
Here's how it works....

We offer three payment methods:
1. Credit Card
2. Paypal
3. United States Postal Service Money Order

Once you are ready to place your order, a payment schedule will be created. For Credit Card or Paypal payments, we will set up dates and specific dollar amounts for deduction. For Money Order payments, all payments must be mailed within a certain timeframe. You will have 2 months to pay off your prosthetic, we are trying to meet the needs of our brothers that are in college or paying for meds.

The Payment program cannot be combined with any discount offers, this program was designed to allow access for those who would like a Lola.Jake Prosthetic but cannot afford to pay for one in full.

At the time of purchasing the following will be established to proceed into the Payment program:

-Description of the merchandise to be purchased
-The total price of the purchase, including shipping
-The minimum amount of each payment
-Dates when payments are due
-The date when the final payment must be made
-Clause agreeing that you understand that any monies paid to Koi Concepts LLC will be credited for a future purchase and no refunds will be paid.

Cancellation & Refund Policies
We will credit all monies you have paid toward a future Lola.Jake purchase.

The Lola.Jake Exchange Program

In an effort to provide exceptional customer service, Lola.Jake is proud to announce the creation of the Lola.Jake Exchange Program. Not only does Lola.Jake offer the most realistic custom prosthetics at an affordable price but will exchange any previously purchased product for a new one.

The program only applies to the original Lola.Jake customer and cannot be passed on. Should any customer decide to update their Lola.Jake model, they will be given one year from the original date of purchase to exchange their prosthetic for a new one.

Lola.Jake will take back your original Lola.Jake prosthetic and offer you store credit in the amount of 30% of the orginal purchase price. This credit can only be applied to a Lola.Jake prosthetic of equal or greater value of the returned product.

Here’s how the Lola.Jake Exchange Program works:
1. Purchase a Lola.Jake product and enjoy it to the fullest.
2. Email Lola.Jake with your request to perform an exchange within a one-year timeframe from the original date of purchase, include the name and color tone of the prosthetic you would like to upgrade too. A confirmation email will be sent to you with an exchange program code.
3. Send back your Lola.Jake product with the exchange program code to:

4. Wait patiently for your new Lola.Jake product to arrive.

Rest assured all returned prosthetics will not be re-sold and will be properly disposed of in accordance to industry standard environmental regulations. Lola.Jake reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at any time and for any reason.
